My first watercolour painting with father

Today, after looking at father and sister doing the painting, I want to give try to do it. With the guidance of father to sketch outline of the images with pencil, I start exploring the color and trying to color the painting. Many times I have to ask father what color to choose to paint the lake, the hills, the sky and the trees. With only my left hand, sometimes I ask father and sister to help me twist open the color tube that were tight. I like doing painting..

My sister painting to teach me

My 13 year old sister is trying out her skill in painting to get me excited to do painting. She came home from government boarding school for holiday over the weekend. Today is a public holiday in Malaysia, in the morning she sketched some painting. Here's her painting, I guess the painting has some meaning into it..

Father first painting to teach me

Tomorow is public holiday. On 27/05/2010 after coming back from work, father prepare the painting set for use. He set the table easel, bench, painting paper and water color set, brushes and a cup of water made of cut-off plastic bottle. Below is his painting to get me interested though he has not done painting since he left school.

Father buy my painting set

Father would like to see grown up with painting skill. Now I'm 10 years old. He would like me to start learning how to do painting. On 26/05/2010 during his work he went out to KL and at Petaling Street art supply shop he bought the following items:

Before that he bought water color set and painting paper for my use. By the way, the oil painting set with canvas is for my father use. He himself will start trying out his skill while teaching me.
